Danil "Dendi" Ishutin

Biography

Born in Lviv, Ukraine, Danil Ishutin or "Dendi" got an early start with competitive gaming in internet cafés. Starting with Counter Strike first, he soon found Warcraft 3 where he played in local tournaments and built a love for competition and a thirst to be the best. Although he was quite succesful in Warcraft 3 competitions, he knew he found his true calling when he stumbled upon DOTA. He picked it up immediately and began practicing and training his skills. He soon created his own team for Lviv local tournaments. After leading his team to a championship in Kiev, he was drafted by a team called "Wolker.Gaming" and began his professional gaming career at the age of 17. Dendi has been known for his jovial personality and teeth because boy, does he smile a lot. Like, paedophilically so. Dendi dove into computer games because he lost his father when he wsa young and gaming was his escape from the pain. Kind of like a band aid for his heart, but cancer inducing. The Dota community first doubted his abilities and made fun of him because when he entered the professional scene, he looked like a prepubescent elf. Now he looks semipubescent.
